Refund & Return Policy – DiZE

Overview

At DiZE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 10-day return policy. This means you have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with the tags still attached, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, simply email us at 📧 support@dize.in. Once we review and approve your request, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval, so make sure to contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it may take a few extra days for your bank or credit card company to process and show the refund on your account.
